DelCompuSales accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards through PayPal.com, as well as PayPal payments. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to make credit card payments. However, PayPal payments are encouraged, as there are benefits to the buyer, such as a buyer protection policy, should an item not be delivered. Bank Checks, Money Orders, and personal checks are accepted for US orders only. Payments by personal checks will delay shipment until the checks clear the bank. Shipping costs are based primarily on two factors. First, the items you are purchasing. Second, where the order is shipping. Our shopping cart calculates shipping costs based on the weight of each individual item and "Real-Time" calculation of the actual shipping charges based on item weight.
Yes! But please Email, prior to placing an order, so arrangements can be made. A nominal handling fee may be added to each item's cost. Yes, for most orders, express overnight delviery to US addresses is available. For orders drop shipped from one of our suppliers, order processing time may add a day to overnight shipments.
DelCompuSales makes every effort to have items in stock, or available at our suppliers when listed on our site. However, it is possible something will be back-ordered. If so, we will notify you promptly via email of any items which are on back order. You may make alternate arrangements such as substituting items, partial shipments, or cancel back-ordered items.
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. If items were shipped in
error or damaged in transit, DelCompuSales will pay for all return charges, and waive any restocking fees. However, if DelCompuSales shipped your order per your specifications but you would still like to return items, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply. Please email us immediately (within three days from
delivery) for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. All
items sold as new are brand new and fully covered by Manufacturer's Warranty. |
